How do I order?
Products are offered as one-time purchases. Add products to your bag, proceed to checkout and pay once through PayPal. An order is confirmed after successful payment verification.
What should I check before ordering?
Check the refrigerant type, size, brand, and total payment. Product photos may show representative supplier packaging. All catalog products are currently in stock.
How do I choose a refrigerant?
Check your equipment documentation and consult a qualified HVAC professional. Refrigerants are not automatically interchangeable.
Can I buy in bulk?
Yes, you can request a bulk quote. Send the refrigerant type, quantity, and delivery ZIP code through customer support.
Returns & exchanges
30-day requests for sealed cylinders
Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Cylinders must remain unopened, factory-sealed, and in their original undamaged packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Approval comes before shipping
Submit your order reference and reason. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending anything back. Your support reference is not a return authorization.
Costs and damaged deliveries
You arrange and pay return transport for a change of mind or ordering mistake. For an incorrect or damaged delivery, report it within 48 hours so a replacement or refund can be arranged without return costs to you. Do not send a damaged cylinder back without instructions.
Refunds
Eligible returns have no restocking fee. Refund processing follows receipt and inspection, normally taking 5–7 business days. Bank posting may take another 3–5 business days.
